If your not happy with your purchase you may return it for a full refund of the product itself less any actual shipping charges incurred by American Garage Floor*.
The following requirements must be met to receive this guarantee:
1. The customer must call within 30 days from the date the shipping company shows the product was delivered.
2. No refunds will be given if product is sent back to the manufacturer without approval from American Garage Floor.
3. No returned merchandise will be accepted or refund processed until a Return Merchandise Authorization number has been provided by an American Garage Floor representative.
4. This guarantee does not cover damages from shipping or manufacturing damages. These kinds of damages are covered under our return policy.
5. The customer will be responsible for the arrangements and costs of returning the shipment to American Garage Floor and making arrangements with the carrier of your choice. The actual refund will reflect the difference in total shipping costs.
6. The product must be in new condition and in it's original packaging. Any alterations, "cutting-to-fit", tire marks, stains or tape of any kind on the product will void this guarantee.
7. This guarantee only applies to the original purchaser within 30 calendar days of delivery.
8. This refund will be issued in the form of credit back to the original credit card only.
9. The total amount of refund shall never exceed $1500. (most orders received are under this amount minus actual shipping cost)
10. The refund will only be applied if the above conditions are met per American Garage Floor, and only after the product has been received and inspected fully by a American Garage Floor representative. This is an actual money back guarantee, not an "in-store credit".
11. Our money back guarantee does not apply to special ordered custom sizes.
